This will take you to the following page. Enter your credentials (Email and Password) then click LOGIN


Once logged in the following screen will appear Click on New Support Ticket

This will bring up the following page, enter the relevant details as required


Requester:         Requesters email address

Subject:              Detail of Issue

Description:       Description of issue, please include as much relevant information about the issue as possible to help the technicians at Via Wire resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This can include attaching files or screenshots with error messages. To do this click on the Attach a File link, select file required and attach


Once the details has been completed click the SUBMIT button

Once submitted the helpdesk system will issue a ticket number
